2000 – 2005
The retirement of the spouses Brigitte and Michael Ketzer from active business management starts up the need for reorientation towards industrial enterprise. They will however continue to support the authorised to represent Managing Directors Andreas and Dominic Ketzer in advisory capacity.
The new factory premises finally offer sufficient floor space for comprehensive on-the-job training of toolmakers. For this purpose, an especially qualified expert is assigned, and from the year 2000 on, four adolescents are permanently being apprenticed who are to complete the labour pool of skilled engineering workers after having successfully passed their final exams. The designated success is achieved after the first examinations: Thus, JPF provide the best examinee in 2003 as well as in 2004, whose success is awarded the prize of the City of Pforzheim. At the time, focus lies on direct cooperation in the field of development with automotive industries and a project management division is established. The company with meanwhile 40 staff members disposes of corresponding subdivisions and the supervisors of the single divisions are involved in the basic decision making process. The entire organisation is structured and certified according to ISO TS 16949:2002.
With related partners from the affiliated market segments of plastics and turning technologies, the customers are offered comprehensive project monitoring in development and subsequent serial supply of complete assemblies.
